Commercial, construction, residential, and subdivision-development loans are available. SBA LowDoc Loans Our preference is to fund loans directly through our Institution. However, in cases where a loan proposal may be under collateralized or a start-up venture, Reading Co-operative Bank β through its established relationship with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) β will opt to obtain a loan guaranty. The SBA LowDoc Loan is the simplified loan guaranty program provided for small businesses (i.e., under $5-million in annual revenue) requesting loan funds of $150,000 or less. Reading Co-operative Bank also participates in other, local, community- based funding sources which are designed to assist residents and business.
